Cocoa butter is very hard, has a solid consistency, is light brown in color and has a pleasant chocolate scent. The melting point of cocoa butter is low - from 30 to 36 degrees (close to human body temperature), in cosmetics it is easy to spread on the skin and absorbs quickly. It does not contain any additives, gluten, lactose and is 100% vegan.

A recipe for simple and delicious cocoa butter

Recipe for a simple and delicious cocoa butter that can be used as an addition to bread, pancakes, pancakes or sandwiches :

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of cocoa butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa

Instructions:

  1. Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath or in the microwave.
  2. Add honey and cocoa, then mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the cocoa butter into a jar and set aside for a few hours to harden.
  4. Store the prepared cocoa butter in the refrigerator.

You can use it as a spread for bread or as an addition to dishes, for example oatmeal or yogurt. Enjoy your meal!

Cocoa butter is rich in vitamin E, mineral salts, alkaides and polyphenols (natural antioxidants) as well as saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.

Cocoa butter - how to use it?

The product has a thick consistency, but the melting point of cocoa fat is low (it can melt at room temperature) and it is recommended to dissolve it in a water bath. All you need is a bowl of warm water to start melting the cocoa butter.

Cocoa butter has a wide range of uses in the kitchen. After adding cocoa, you can create homemade chocolate, chocolates, pralines, icings, and also use it for baking. It is a great alternative to butter and margarine, it does not contain lactose. You can fry on it.

It is characterized by strong antioxidant properties, thanks to the high content of antioxidants, it delays the skin aging process and reduces the visibility of wrinkles and scars. Perfectly nourishes the skin, the oleic acid contained in the composition has a strong moisturizing and oiling effect. Cocoa butter is well absorbed by the skin and is almost 100% biocompatible. It is recommended for the care of all skin types. It regenerates the skin wonderfully. Reduces stretch marks, cellulite, minor wounds and burns. It is also perfect for daily care of dry, sensitive and itchy skin - it perfectly moisturizes dry skin. It is safe for children and allergy sufferers. It works great as a hair mask. In addition, cocoa butter fights free radicals, stimulates collagen production, prevents skin from drying out, smoothes chapped and cracked lips, softens the skin of feet and elbows and soothes irritation caused by sunbathing. Unsaturated fatty acids - what are they?

Unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) are called essential fatty acids ( essential fatty acids) because they are necessary for the functioning of the body. We cannot produce them ourselves, so we need to supply them to our body regularly. Most EFAs are found in vegetable oils, oils from nuts and sprouts, and in fish fats, e.g. cod liver oil. There are mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The representative of monosaturated fatty acids is primarily oleic acid, the two main groups of polyunsaturated fatty acids are omega-6 (n-6) and omega-3 (n-3) acids. They are necessary for the proper functioning of the body, especially the circulatory system, heart and brain.

STORAGE

All products are made from ecological raw materials, without the use of chemical agents that extend the shelf life or improve the taste. After production, the products are stored in our factory at a temperature of 17-18*C and after purchase, they should not be stored at a temperature higher than 20*C.
After opening the package, they should be consumed within approximately 2 weeks.
